We offer a remote try-on service with Uber delivery, bringing your selected pieces straight to your home.

Try-On Fees

• $40 for one dress
• $75 for two dresses
• $85 for three dresses

$30 of your try-on fee is credited towards your hire if you proceed with your booking.

Complimentary delivery is available within the City of Boroondara and the City of Whitehorse.

Boroondara Suburbs: Ashburton, Balwyn, Balwyn North, Camberwell, Canterbury, Deepdene, Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Kew, Kew East, Surrey Hills (Boroondara side)

Whitehorse Suburbs: Blackburn, Blackburn North, Blackburn South, Box Hill, Box Hill North, Box Hill South, Burwood (Whitehorse side), Burwood East, Forest Hill, Mitcham, Mont Albert, Mont Albert North, Nunawading, Surrey Hills (Whitehorse side), Vermont, Vermont South

$20 Delivery – Neighbouring Suburbs
For suburbs immediately bordering our free delivery zone: Ashwood, Chadstone, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Donvale, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Malvern East, Oakleigh (north side), Templestowe Lower, Wheelers Hill, Ivanhoe, Heidelberg, Bulleen, Ashburton (Monash side pockets)

Outer Suburbs
For all other suburbs — including Ringwood, Croydon, Knox suburbs, Dandenong, Frankston / Bayside South, Melbourne CBD / inner north & west, Airport side, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley / outer east — deliveries are completed via express postage unless otherwise arranged by Uber. This is due to cost considerations and will only be organised for last-minute hires or special requests.

If Uber delivery is used for try-ons in outer suburbs, the delivery fee will not be covered, but the try-on fee credit of $30 still applies.

Important Try-On Guidelines

• Dresses must only be worn during the scheduled try-on.
• Do not apply makeup, perfume, or deodorant while trying on dresses.
• Dresses must be handled with care. If a dress is returned with stains, including fake tan, makeup, or other marks, the client is responsible for dry-cleaning costs.
• By booking a try-on with us, you are agreeing to these terms.

By booking a try-on with The Evening Edit, you agree to the following terms:

1. Try-On Fees

   • $40 for one dress, $75 for two dresses, $85 for three dresses.

   • $30 of the try-on fee is credited towards your hire if you proceed with your booking.

2. Delivery

   • Free delivery is available within the City of Boroondara and City of Whitehorse.

   • $20 delivery applies to neighbouring suburbs.

   • Deliveries to outer suburbs (including Ringwood, Croydon, Knox suburbs, Dandenong, Frankston / Bayside South, Melbourne CBD / inner north & west, Airport side, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley / outer east) are completed via express postage unless Uber delivery is pre-arranged.

   • Uber delivery fees for outer suburbs are not covered, but the $30 try-on credit still applies.

3. Dress Care & Use

   • Dresses may only be worn during the scheduled try-on.

   • Do not apply makeup, perfume, or deodorant while trying on dresses.

   • Dresses must be handled with care.

4. Stains & Damage

   • Any stains, including fake tan, makeup, deodorant, or other marks, will incur dry-cleaning costs payable by the client.

   • Any damage to the dress due to misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.

5. Agreement

   • By booking and accepting delivery of a try-on dress, you agree to all the above terms.

   • Failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of try-on fees and additional charges.
